Delivery
We at Kalugo aim to process your order ready for despatch within 24 hours of receipt. Please refer to the delivery page for further details and information ondelivery options.
Exceptions:
1) The Goods are not available as per your order
2) Payment authorisation has been declined.
Availability
Every effort has been made to only offer gifts on the site that are in stock. However, if by chance an oversight has been made we will contact you as soon as possible in order that you can select an alternative item or we will cancel the order if you require.
Placing an Order
Orders can be placed via our website at any time day or night, 7 days a week. However, if you prefer you can place your order by phone on 07530 954311 and we will take you card details and process your order for you.
All orders placed on line will receive an automated order acknowledgement confirming the details of the items purchased and the delivery option selected. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
If you discover you have made an error on your order or you wish to change your selection please contact Kalugo as soon as possible to amend the order.

Processing of your order will take place only when the payment information provided has been validated and authorised. If authorisation has not been obtained Kalugo Gifts are not liable for the non delivery of goods. We will, however, endeavour to contact you in order that you can either provide the company with alternative card details or contact your card provider to rectify any error made. Please note that if no response is received from you within 48 hours the company reserve the right to cancel your order.
Please note we only accept cheque or cash payments by prior arrangement and when purchases are to be delivered personally by the company.
Pricing
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. All prices are correct at the time of being entered on the website. The company reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.

When placing an order we kindly ask that you provide the company with personal data and information. We promise to protect your privacy and only use the said information for the sole purpose of processing your order. We will only send you information about new products and special offers if you have registered to receive our newsletter. We guarantee that we will not share your details with any third party.
Financial Information:
The Kalugo Gifts website has a secure 128-bit SSL financial gateway to your credit card company which facilitates the closure of your sale. All financial information is fully encrypted and forwarded to your credit card provider and is not stored on our website. The confirmation of your transaction that will be emailed to you will not contain full credit card details. Our aim is to ensure total peace of mind when you shop with Kalugo Gifts.

Kalugo have done their utmost to provide images and descriptions for each product that accurately detail, colour, size, functionality & packaging. However, please note that there maybe slight colour differences with products due to reproduction of images in alternative formats. Returns Policy
Faulty/Damaged Items
Kalugo Gifts is committed to providing their customers with quality products but recognise that on rare occasions goods may be defective or arrive damaged. Should this be the case firstly, we apologise and secondly, we would kindly request that you contact the company within 7 days to advise us of any problem. We will then log the details and a “Faulty Returns Number” will be issued which we ask you to quote in all future correspondence (please do not send any goods back without obtaining a returns number)
Please then return the goods within 14 days to the following address

The company regret that they cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit and ask that returns are sent by recorded or special delivery.
Once received we will examine the return and if no discrepancies prevail we will either:
A) Issue a full refund for the faulty goods and for the return postal charge
B Refund the return postal charge, replace goods with same or customer’s alternative preference and redeliver at no additional charge.
NB the Company are only able to refund the debit/credit card that was used for the initial purchase
Just changed your mind/gift not your style:
Kalugo Gifts hope all their customers will be delighted with their purchases. However, if for any reason this is not the case we offer a “No Quibble Returns Policy”
We will be happy to exchange goods or refund the cost if you are not completely satisfied as long as the following terms are complied with:
A) We are contacted within 7 days of receipt and you obtain a “ Exchange Returns Number” to be retained and quoted in all future correspondence (please do not send goods back without obtaining a returns number)
B) The goods are returned unused, in perfect condition, all packaging intact and have not suffered any damage in transit. Please ensure goods are well packaged for their return journey.
